These guys might have only formed
in January of 2015 but they already have a debut single ready to release,
management and a press team sorted out - take note other bands. The slightly
disturbingly named 'Wet Juice' starts with some Pixies guitar shudders and the kind
of bassline that Krist Novoselic would have resentfully thudded out back in the
day. Then comes the alien sounds and a wrecking ball of distorted - and I'm
talking an actual wrecking ball, not a metaphorical one covered in Miley Cyrus'
wet juice. Elements of the Fall and My Bloody Valentine are present in the
unhinged noise levels and shrieks but this Hull act have carved a jagged niche
all of their own which this single shows off perfectly as it climaxes like Zed
from Police Academy having a panic attack in the lingerie section of BHS.
